Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Vexoraservices Ltd, trading as Vexo the Agency (“Vexo”, “we”, “us”), collects and uses personal data when you visit vexotheagency.co.uk or contact us.
Who we are
Data controller: Vexoraservices Ltd, Hull, United Kingdom. Contact: info@vexotheagency.co.uk or 01482 765408.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — through the health check report form, the Vee chat assistant, by phone or email, or when you book a call — such as your name, email, phone number, business name and any message you include.
- The website URL you submit to the Website Health Check tool, and the automated technical results generated from it.
- What you type into the Vee chat assistant, so it can answer you.
- Anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, rough location, device type) via cookie-free analytics.
Why we use it
To respond to enquiries, book calls, provide the health check results you requested, and — only where you’ve agreed — to send occasional relevant follow-ups. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site: Vercel (website hosting and anonymous analytics), Anthropic (the AI model behind the Vee chat assistant — your chat messages are sent to it to generate replies), Resend (sending health check reports and enquiry notifications), Hostinger (our email) and Cal.com (call booking). They process data only to provide those services.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and contact data is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of that relationship plus a standard retention period for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how it’s used. Contact info@vexotheagency.co.uk and we’ll respond promptly.
Cookies
We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the few strictly necessary preferences stored in your browser.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
