How your data is protected
Invitation only
Nobody can sign up to HALO. Every person is invited, and removing them cuts off access straight away.
Sign in with Google
Teams can use their Google work accounts, so there are fewer passwords to manage or lose.
Automatic sign-out
HALO signs people out after three hours without activity, so an unattended screen doesn't stay open.
Checked on the server
Every page and every request is checked before anything is sent, so a link alone shows nothing.
Your own workspace
Each business works in its own workspace, and your team only sees what their role needs.
Private by design
Encrypted connections throughout, HALO is kept out of search engines, and the AI assistant only sees the data it needs to answer.

No. HALO is a CRM for any UK business. Industry packs add sector-specific tools, starting with property, and more packs are on the way.
How do I log in to HALO?
Use the HALO sign-in page, also under CRM in the menu. Your account is set up by us or your workspace admin.
Can you move our data from our current CRM?
Yes. We import contacts, deals and history from spreadsheets or your current system, and can run HALO alongside it until your team is ready to switch.
Who can see our data?
Only the people you invite. Vexo only accesses your workspace to support you, with your permission.
How much does HALO cost?
